The DRC and BOD are excited to share that we have chosen new paint colors for our community to increase and enhance the value of your property!  We will utilize this page to provide the paint color and share with our homeowners the new paint rotation schedule which will begin in spring 2020 and be completed in spring of 2021.

While creating the new color schemes, the DRC is working hard to ensure the home owners will get the best value and paint available moving forward.  Some things that were considered in putting together the new paint schedule include:

      - Creating 2 Sections for new paint rotation schedule and not having to paint as often

      - Utilizing paint with longer lifespan, better warranty, and overall lower/better cost to homeowner

      - Using more modern colors to enhance the community

      - Provide home owners color suggestions/options for "accents" like front doors and decks

   

The new paint colors were presented to the BOD at the July meeting. The new CT2 condo base, trim and door (optional) colors are posted below.  All color choices are from Behr.
