Design Review

The purpose of the Design Review is to maintain consistency of architectural and landscaping standards throughout CT2. It will promote safe, functional and attractive development of our community. The Design Review helps owners navigate and understand the CC&Rs when looking to make improvements and changes to their property.  The board will review Design Review Requests from home owners in a timely manner. The board is working on both short and long term improvements to the community regarding landscaping, paint schedules, lighting and safety projects. It is the goal of the board to complete these projects within the community budget and with volunteers. The Board of Directors hold final voting decision on any proposed projects.  Submit requests to HOAMCO  manager, Eric Gavin.
